This policy sets out the refund, cancellation and repayment conditions applicable to all services and products offered via tugrulyildirim.com. Given the nature of the services (digital products and project‑based work), terms may vary by service. Please review the relevant section carefully.

Satın alınan dijital ürünler (Laravel paketleri, web sitesi şablonları, mobil uygulama temaları vb.), doğası gereği soyut ve anında erişilebilir olduğu için, genel olarak iadeye tabi değildir. Ödeme tamamlandığında ürün dosyalarına erişim sağlandığı için "keyfi" iade talepleri kabul edilmemektedir.

Exceptional Cases for Refunds:

• Ürünün tanıtım sayfasında belirtilen özelliklerle bariz bir şekilde uyuşmaması veya temel bir fonksiyonunun çalışmaması.
• Üründe, tarafımdan makul bir süre içinde çözülemeyen, kanıtlanabilir kritik bir hata bulunması.

For bespoke development and consultancy, cancellation and refund terms depend on the project stage:

• Before Work Commences: If cancelled prior to starting, any deposit is refunded in full (minus bank fees, if applicable).
• During the Project: For mid‑project cancellations, time and materials delivered to date are reconciled. Overpayments are refunded; if delivered work exceeds payments, an additional invoice may be issued.
• After Delivery: Once delivered per the contract, fees are non‑refundable. Any technical issues post‑delivery are handled under warranty or maintenance terms, where applicable.

To request a refund or cancellation, please follow these steps:

1. Send your request with reasons (and any evidence) to contact@tugrulyildirim.com.
2. Your request will be reviewed and I will respond within 3 business days.
3. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
